Return Timeframe
- Non-EU customers: 14 calendar days from delivery
- EU customers: 30 calendar days from delivery
Return Process
To receive a full refund, items must be returned undamaged and in original condition. You are responsible for return shipping costs, including any customs fees to Cyprus or Lebanon (for returns from outside the EU for Cyprus and for returns from outside Lebanon for shipping from Lebanon). Any expenses we incur will be deducted from your refund, with receipts provided when applicable.
