Shipping policy

1. Processing Time All orders are handmade and processed within 3–7 business days before dispatch. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer — we'll notify you if there's a delay.
2. Shipping Destinations We ship to Cyprus, Lebanon, and selected international destinations. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
- Cyprus: 2–5 business days
- Lebanon: 5–10 business days
- Gulf region & other international: 7–14 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or carrier delays.
4. Shipping Costs
- Lebanon: $4 USD flat rate (Cash on Delivery). Free delivery on orders over $100 USD. Fulfilled from our Lebanon warehouse.
- Cyprus & International: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Fulfilled from our Cyprus or Lebanon warehouse.
5. Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our prices or shipping fees. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.
6. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.
7. Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@ckkoetter-accessories.com. We will investigate with the carrier and work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
8. Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
