CKKoetter Accessories  is a small business based in Cyprus, owned by Chirine Kotter. By placing an order on ckkoetteraccessories.com, you agree to the following terms.

1. Products All our products are handmade crochet accessories. Due to the handmade nature of our items, slight variations in colour, texture, or size may occur — this is part of their unique character and not a defect.

2. Pricing All prices are displayed in EUR and include any applicable taxes. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice.

3. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

4. Shipping Orders are shipped to Cyprus, Lebanon, and other selected regions. Delivery timeframes and costs are outlined in our Shipping Policy. International orders may be subject to customs duties or import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

5. Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers) If you are based in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. To exercise this right, contact us at info@ckkoetter-accessories.com. Returned items must be unused and in their original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.

6. Non-EU Returns For customers outside the EU, please contact us within 14 days of delivery if you have an issue with your order. We handle returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

7. Faulty or Damaged Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will offer a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

8. Intellectual Property All content on this website — including product photos, descriptions, and branding — is the property of CKKoetter Accessories and may not be reproduced without written permission.

9. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Cyprus.
